The project comprises the ”Presidential Wing Rehabilitation, Upgrading Works Package” related
Beit Ed-Dine Conservation and Rehabilitation Project. The works include but not limited to the following:
Demolition work, coring into walls and slabs, execution of cement sand screed, repair of damaged concrete parts and reinforcement, minor partitioning, masonry restoration and cleaning, metal restoration and cleaning, coordination and attendance upon the execution of the kitchen cabinets and kitchen top, waterproofing coating system to toilets, sleeve and waterproofing system to toilets, sleeve waterproofing system for sleeves at roof, replacement of existing wooden frame, glass panels, Portland cement plaster, Hydraulic Lime plaster, gypsum board false ceiling, gypsum cornices, ceramic floors and tiles, traditional wood ceiling system restoration, restoration of concealed wood painted cabinet, minor sanitary work demolition, plumbing, sanitary fixtures, HVAC, Grilles and kitchen hoods, Minor electrical demolition, Electrical installation , low current installations.
