The works include but not limited to the following main activities:
Structural upgrading of the existing building. Architectural and finishing works Mechanical works including plumbing, HVAC and firefighting systems, Electrical installations including power, lighting & low voltage systems, The pools shall comply with the regulations of the Federation International Natation (FINA), and the facilities rules shall be in accordance with Standard Pools and the Ministry of Sports and Youth.
